- Is the store reaching out regarding Buyback Reports?
IMPORTANT NOTE: Buyback Reports missing data should be escalated to the Course tracks Team Not the COREPOS | Keyword: “BuyBack”
Step By Step Guide:
- Verify the store query is related to the “Sales Reports” |
- Confirm if this is for the current day or prior: (This should be included in the escalation DD-MM-YEAR )
- Incorrect or Inaccurate amounts\data showing, please CC the store’s regional manager on the escalation.
- Escalate the ticket To the COREPOS Team.
