- The store reached out stating they’re having issues receiving inventory in MMS or Inventory received not showing.
Questions/steps that allow us to isolate the issue.
- Is the application working on other workstations?
If the store reached out stating the application itself “Inventory adjustments” wont load
- Inventory adjustments wont load or keeps spinning while it works on other stations:
- Perform general troubleshooting steps for browser related issues. Have them clear their cache and cookies, try loading the page from another browser or incognito mode.
Step By step Guide:
- Confirm if the issue report is related MMS/SODA Inventory Receiving (The store 99% of the times select the “PO Receiving or Inventory Adjustments” dropdown)
- Gather the P.O number is the issues is with a single P.O or student, if not, escalate the issue to the MMS/SODA team.
