Questions/Steps That Allow Us to Isolate the Issue
- Contact the store to confirm whether the issue is occurring on more than one register or workstation.
- Have User check the store’s server to ensure it is powered on and displaying green status lights.
- Restart the internet router/modem by unplugging it, waiting a few seconds, and then plugging it back in.
- If the issue persists, proceed with escalating to the FHE Infrastructure Team via Service now.
